Caitlin Fell is a Partner who practices primarily commercial law with an emphasis on bankruptcy, insolvency, restructurings, secured transactions, reorganizations, workouts and debtor/creditor law.
With over 7 years of experience working within two of Canada’s top law firms, Caitlin has now joined Steve Weisz to launch the insolvency and restructuring group at the corporate and litigation boutique of Brauti Thorning and LLP as Partner.
Caitlin has been involved in multi-jurisdictional proceedings under both the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act acting for debtor corporations, lending syndicates, purchasers and court officers.
