Will is an associate at BT Legal. He practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphaisis on employment law and general commerical litigation.
Before joining the firm in March 2020, Will articled and worked as an associate at Ontario's largest labour and employment law boutique. He has represented clients in various adminstrative proceedings, as well as before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commerical List and the Divisional Court, and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
Will received his Bachelor of Arts (Jt. Hons.) from McGill University in philosophy and political science. He received his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2017. While studying law, Will earned numerous academic awards, including the Schulich Scholarship, the Robert A. Samek Prize in General Jurisprudence, and first place in the Matthews Dinsdale National Labour Arbitration Moot.
Will was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association
